Period Report

alameen ERP provides a set of reports you can use to follow the movement and orders in the restaurant, including the "Period Report".

Report Purpose​

The "Period Report" gives the total sales by groups, currencies, bank cards, commercial papers, and on-credit payments, and can show the details of the sales invoices or the commercial papers, within a period whose start and end you set in the report window.

The report lets you view the movements of all the users (employees) defined in the restaurant during a period: you enter the start and end dates of the period in the fields for that purpose in the report window, and you can also request the report for the movements of a particular user during the period you need.

Tip

You can close the period with the tools available in the "Reports and Tools" window, "Close Current Period" and "Close All Periods", so you can limit the data you want to reach to a period.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the "Period Report" in the restaurants interface after clicking the "Reports and Tools" button; the following window opens:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the period report in the restaurant.

If you are a user with permission, you can open the report from the main ribbon of the program - "POS" tab - "POS Reports" group.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several sections, such as the User field, the start and end of the period you want to see, the various options that help you show the totals, and the option to show the details of some movements.

When you click the check box of one of the options in the "Detail" section, the remaining options in the report window become unavailable.
