Materials Movement Summary
alameen ERP provides a set of reports you can use to follow the movement and orders in the POS, including the "Materials Movement Summary" report.
Report Purpose
The "Materials Movement Summary" report gives the total quantities of the materials of a group sold in the POS: the report shows the names of the defined material groups, the total quantity and value of the materials sold in each group, and the returns and net sales. It also shows the sales details of each group: the quantities and value of the materials and the unit used in the order.
You can clear the "Show Groups" option in the report window to avoid showing the total sales of the material groups and show the sales details of the materials directly, and you can request the report for a particular POS user over a period you set yourself.
Reaching the Report
You can reach the "Materials Movement Summary" report in the POS interface after clicking the "Reports and Tools" button; the following window opens:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the materials movement summary in the POS.
If you are a user with permission, you can open the report from the main ribbon of the program - "POS" tab - "POS Reports" group.
Report Window
The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several sections, such as the User and Currency fields, and you can enable the option for showing the groups in the report.
