Value Added Tax

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the profits of materials to help you follow up invoice profits and taxes, including the "Value Added Tax" report.

Report Purpose

The "Value Added Tax" report shows the total value added tax in each invoice. The report lets you view all the invoices, whether they contain tax or not, and you can select the option "Invoices that contain tax" in the advanced options of the report window.

You can request the report to find the value added tax on the invoices of a particular customer, account, or cost center, and choose the currency, the distributor, and the salesman, over a period you choose from the list of ready-made periods (beginning of period until today, previous month...), or over a period you enter yourself in the From and To fields of the report window.

The report shows the details of the invoices: the invoice type, the client name, the invoice total, the value added on the invoice, the discounts and additions, if any, the invoice net, the taxable value, and this value after tax.

At the end of the report, the totals (value added, discounts, additions...) of the input invoices and the output invoices, and the invoice net, appear.

The report preview interface lets you add more fields from the invoice and customer fields to the report fields, with the field list at the bottom of the preview interface.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Value Added Tax report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Profits Reports group - the drop-down list of the Profits Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the customers and materials terms, the advanced options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
