Material Profits

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on materials to help you follow up their movement and profits precisely, including the "Material Profits" report.

Report Purpose

The "Material Profits" report gives the net profit of the materials used in sales invoices: the report shows the unit of the material used in the invoices, the quantity of the material sold, the total sales and their cost, the net profit of each material, and the unit average profit.

You can view the profits of a material or of a group of materials (with the group level set), and the profits of the materials of a set warehouse, and you can also find the profits the materials make in the invoices of a particular distributor or salesman.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Profits report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Profits Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the material profits you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the customers and materials terms, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
