Bill Profits

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on materials to help you follow up their movement and profits precisely, including the "Bill Profits" report.

Report Purpose​

The "Bill Profits" report gives the net profit of each sales invoice: the report shows the total value of the invoice, the cost price of the materials of the invoice, and the profits made from them, with the percentage of the total profit.

You can view the invoice profits of a particular customer or account, and you can also find the profits made by the invoices of a set salesman or distributor.

The report window lets you choose the payment type whose profits you want to see (Cash, On Credit, Commercial Paper...)

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Bill Profits report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Profits Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the invoice profits you need.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the customers terms, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
