Transposition Movement
alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Transposition Movement" report.
Report Purpose
The "Transposition Movement" report is used to monitor and study the operations of moving goods recorded between warehouses: it shows the details of the issued transfer invoices.
You can use transfer invoices after creating a form for them from the forms management window - Management tab on the main ribbon of the program.
The report shows the details of the transfers: the name and number of the invoice, the quantity of the materials you moved, the unit of the material, the price of the material, and the total value of the transfer. You can also add new material or invoice fields to the report from the field list in the preview interface.
You can request the report for the transfer movement of a material or a group of materials, or for the materials of a warehouse, an account, or a particular cost center, over a period you set yourself in the report window.
Reaching the Report
You can reach the Transposition Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.
Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the transfers and the moved materials.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
