Total Warehouses Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Total Warehouses Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Total Warehouses Movement" report gives a statement of the quantities and value of the materials in the defined warehouses: it shows the total quantity and value of the inputs and outputs, and the remaining balance of the materials (quantity and value) in each warehouse.

The report does not show the quantity and value of the materials in detail, only the total quantity and value, so you can narrow the report to show the total quantity and value of one material only, or of a group of materials.

You can also show the total quantity and value of the outputs, the inputs, and the balance of the materials in one warehouse or in a particular cost center.

The program lets you show the report in short form, by enabling the option "Brief Display" in the advanced options of the report window: it shows the total balance (quantity and value) only, without the quantity and value of the outputs and inputs.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Total Warehouses Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the total warehouses movement.
