Total Materials Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Total Materials Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Total Materials Movement" report gives the quantities and value of the materials entered into or taken out of the warehouses, and the difference between input and output (without showing the details of the invoices). It also shows the total value (cash and on credit) of each invoice type (purchases, sales, purchase return...), the total balance, and the remaining quantity of the material up to the set end date of the report (the end of the date range you enter in the To date field).

You can use the report to show the total movement of one material or of a group of materials, or the total movement of the materials in a set warehouse or cost center, and you can show the movement of the materials in the invoices of a customer, salesman, or distributor.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Total Materials Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the total materials movement.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and customers terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
