Total Bills Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Total Bills Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Total Bills Movement" report gives a statement of all the invoices issued in a warehouse, for a customer, or for a particular account; the results of the report are based on the movement of sales, purchase, and return invoices...

The results of the report contain the data of each invoice separately: the date, the cash value, the credit value, and the posting status of the invoice and its entry (has an entry or not), as well as a set of invoice and customer data you can find by adding the fields you need to the report fields.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Total Bills Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the customers and invoice conditions, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
