Material Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Material Movement" report shows the details of the movement of a particular material, of a group of materials, or of all the materials in one of the defined warehouses; the results of the report are based on the movement of sales, purchase, and return invoices...

The report contains the minimum/maximum/average purchase price and the sales average price of the material, as well as the details of the issued invoice: its date, and the quantity and price of the material used in the invoice items. The report also shows the current balance of the material in the warehouses.

So you can reach the quantity of the material you entered into the warehouses (bought), the quantity you took out (sold), and the balance of the material at each movement (invoice).

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the movement of materials and the balance at each movement.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields for setting the material or group of materials, the display options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
