Materials and Groups Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Materials and Groups Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Materials and Groups Movement" report gives a statement of the quantities and value of the materials: it shows the quantity of the materials, their unit price, and their value for the previous balance, the total inputs and outputs, and the remaining balance of the materials.

The report shows the previous balance of the material (before the start of the date range you set in the report window when you request it), the inputs and outputs within the date range, and the final balance (the balance up to the end of the date range you set in the report window when you request it).

You can customize the report to show the movement of one material only, or of a group of materials, and you can show the total quantity and value of the outputs, the inputs, and the balance of the materials in one warehouse or in a particular cost center.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Materials and Groups Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the daily movement of materials.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
