Group Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Group Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Group Movement" report gives the total quantities of the materials of a group that were sold or bought: the report shows the names of the defined material groups, the total quantities of the materials in each group, and the invoice net for each invoices form (purchases, sales, purchase return...).

You can customize the report and request it for a particular group of materials, or for the material groups in a set warehouse or cost center, over a period you choose yourself in the date field of the report window.

The program lets you request the report in expanded form (the movement of the group's materials in all the invoices forms, transfers, and assembly and disassembly forms defined with the forms management window), or in short form (the movement of the group's materials in the normal invoices forms, that is, sales, purchases, returns, input, and output): choose one of the two shapes (Detailed, Brief) in the "Report Shape" field of the report window.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Group Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the movement of material groups.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
