Gifts Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Gifts Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Gifts Movement" report gives the details of the gifts recorded in the gifts field of the invoices: the quantity granted and its value.

The report shows the details of the gifts for all the invoices forms in which gifts were granted to customers, with the payment type, the quantity of the gifts and the unit used in the invoice, the unit price, and the total value of the gifts in all the invoice items.

The program lets you show the report in expanded form (the gifts of each invoice detailed by material), or in short form (the total quantity and value of the gifts granted in the invoice, without breaking them down by material): choose one of the two shapes (Total, Detailed) in the "Report Shape" field of the report window.

You can customize the report to show the gifts granted on a particular material or group of materials in all the invoices, the gifts granted from a particular warehouse or cost center, or the gifts granted to one of the customers defined in the program.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Gifts Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the gifts movement in the invoices.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
