Daily Movement Summary

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Daily Movement Summary" report.

Report Purpose

The "Daily Movement Summary" report gives the daily movement, in detail, of the value of the movements of a material (purchases, sales, sales return...).

The report shows the daily movement of the materials in all the invoice types (forms) defined in the program, as well as the previous balance, by the period you want to see within the date range you need: you can request the movement summary of a particular material daily, weekly, or monthly within the set date range.

You can view the daily movement of one material, of a group of materials, or the daily movement of the materials in a particular warehouse or cost center, and you can also find the movement of the materials made by one of the defined users.

The program lets you request the report in detail (a detailed daily movement for all the invoices forms, "asset sales, tax sales, sales..."), or in short form (a daily movement of the invoices forms in total, "total sales, total purchases..."): choose one of the two shapes (Expanded, Brief) in the "Report Shape" field of the report window.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Daily Movement Summary report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group - the drop-down list of the Movement Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
