Daily Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Daily Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Daily Movement" report gives the details of the daily movement of a material in sales invoices, purchases, returns...

The report shows the type of the issued invoice and its date (matching the date you set in the preview window), the customer for whom the invoice was issued, the quantity and unit of the material used, and the price set for it when the invoice was issued.

The report lets you view the movement of one material or of a group of materials, the movement of the materials of a particular warehouse, or the movement of the materials for a set customer, in which case all the invoices issued in their name appear in the report. You can also request the report to view the movement of the materials of an account, a cost center, or one of the defined program users.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Daily Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Movement Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the daily movement of a material and the balance at each movement.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and customers terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
