Price List According to Fixed Weighted Average
alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Price List According to Fixed Weighted Average" report.
Report Purpose
The "Price List According to Fixed Weighted Average" report is used to issue price lists of materials to print or export them: you can request the report for the prices of a particular material or of a group of materials over a set period.
The report window lets you choose the unit of the materials by which you want to show the price list, and set the start and end of the period in the "From Period" and "To Period" fields: these fields drop down a list of the periods (months) from the beginning-of-period date until today.
The report shows the material name, the unit (according to what you choose in the report window), and the quantities of the unit of the material available in the warehouses, then shows columns for all the months within the period you set in the report window. When you request the price list from the period "January 2026" to the period "May 2026", the report includes a column for each of the following months: January 2026, February 2026, March 2026, April 2026, May 2026.
You can add more material fields (group name, Source...) to the report with the field list in the report preview interface.
Reaching the Report
You can reach the Price List According to Fixed Weighted Average report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Inventory Reports group - the drop-down list of the Inventory Reports button.
Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. The window includes a set of filter fields for setting the material or group of materials, and the unit of the material you need.
