Materials Stock-take

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on materials to help you follow up their movement and stock precisely, including the "Materials Stock-take" report.

Report Purpose​

The "Materials Stock-take" report shows the quantities available in the warehouses of a particular material or of all the materials: with the report you can find the quantity of a particular material in a warehouse, the price of the material, and the total value (the quantity multiplied by the price).

You can also reach the quantities of the materials in a group, and view an inventory of all the materials in a warehouse you set in the warehouse field of the report window.

The report window lets you set the expiry date, which helps you view the inventory of the materials that expire within a set period.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Materials Stock-take report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Inventory Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the materials inventory you need, by quantity and value.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the expiry date, the materials terms, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
