Material Price List

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Price List" report.

Report Purpose

The "Material Price List" report is used to issue price lists of materials: you can print the prices of the materials in a particular warehouse, or the prices of the materials that belong to one of the groups defined in the program.

The report shows the prices of the materials according to the options you set in the report window: you can choose to show the prices of the stock materials only, or of the service materials, and you can also reach the prices of the fixed assets of your company.

For example, when you want to print the materials of the warehouse and their prices, you can request the report and set the suitable values in the report window for: the warehouse, group, pricing policy, currency, and unit of material, and you can set a condition and apply it to the materials, and enable the options you want from those available in the window.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Price List report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Inventory Reports group - the drop-down list of the Inventory Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
