Horizontal Inventory

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on materials to help you follow up their movement and stock precisely, including the "Horizontal Inventory" report.

Report Purpose

The "Horizontal Inventory" report shows the quantities of the materials grouped horizontally by where they are and how they are distributed in the warehouses: the report shows the quantity of the same material in each warehouse.

You can view a horizontal inventory of all the materials in all the warehouses by requesting the report without filling in any field of the report window, then clicking the "Preview" button.

You can also set one material, or a group of materials, to view their quantities available in the warehouses, or set one warehouse and request a horizontal inventory report of all the materials available in it.

Tip

The results of the report show the quantity of the materials in the set warehouse and in the sub warehouses under it.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Horizontal Inventory report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Inventory Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains fields that help you view the horizontal inventory you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and warehouses terms, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
