Collective Inventory

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Collective Inventory" report.

Report Purpose

The "Collective Inventory" report finds the quantities of the materials in the warehouses, grouped horizontally or vertically, according to the fields and options you set in the report window.

You can view the inventory of one material, of the materials of a group, of a particular warehouse, or of the materials of a cost center.

Set the axes you need for the report by choosing the "field name" for each of: Main Axis, Horizontal Axis, Vertical Axis. The results of the report appear according to these axes in the preview interface, or when you export or print the report.

Tip

You must set a different form for each of the axes above to make sure you get correct results.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Collective Inventory report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Inventory Reports group - the drop-down list of the Inventory Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
