Material Movement by Price

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Movement by Price" report.

Report Purpose

The Material Movement by Price report is used to study the materials moved in sale, purchase, or transfer operations at prices greater than, less than, or equal to: the pricing policy set for each of them in their cards, their cost price at that time, a set price, or the fixed weighted average.

You can request the report to show the movement of a material or a group of materials. You can also show the report for the materials moved in a particular warehouse or cost center, or even view the materials sold or bought in the invoices of a customer or supplier.

The program lets you show the report in total or in detail, by setting the display type in the report window.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Movement by Price report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group - the drop-down list of the Cross-tab Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
