Materials Movement by Expiry Date

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Materials Movement by Expiry Date" report.

Report Purpose

The Materials Movement by Expiry Date report gives the remaining quantities of materials by their expiry date, and shows the materials within the period you choose, that is, the materials whose dates expire within a week, a month, or a year.

You can reach the remainder of one material or of a group of materials, and view the materials in the warehouse that will expire in the coming period, which helps you avoid destroying large quantities of materials.

To use the report effectively, follow the steps in Expiry Date System.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Materials Movement by Expiry Date report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group - the drop-down list of the Cross-tab Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields that help you view the details you need about the materials movement by expiry date.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields and the materials terms, to reach the materials movement by expiry date.
