Material Movement by Customer

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Movement by Customer" report.

Report Purpose

The Material Movement by Customer report shows the details of the values or quantities of the materials moved in an account or for a customer over a period you set yourself.

You can set a group of materials to show the values and quantities that moved (sold, taken out, entered...) for each customer/supplier.

You can request the report to show the movement of materials in an account or for a particular customer, the movement of a group of materials, or the materials available in a particular warehouse or cost center.

You can also control the levels at which the data of the material groups and accounts is shown: you can find the movement of the materials on the main customers/suppliers account only; at the second level, that is, on the sub accounts of the customers account (which may be the wholesale customers account, the retail customers account, etc.); or at the third level, to show the movement of the materials on the sub accounts of the first sub accounts (which may be the accounts of each individual customer: Ahmad, Husam...).

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Movement by Customer report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and customers terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
