Material Movement by Bill

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Movement by Bill" report.

Report Purpose​

The Material Movement by Bill report shows the value and/or quantities of the materials that moved in each of the defined invoices forms. That is, if you have more than one sales invoice form, this report helps you find the values and/or quantities moved in each of these forms over a particular period.

You can request the report to show the movement of materials in the invoices of an account (customer or supplier), or of a group of materials to show the values and/or quantities moved of them, or set a warehouse or cost center by which to show the movement of the materials.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Material Movement by Bill report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
