Material Limits and Inventory

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Material Limits and Inventory" report.

Report Purpose

The Material Limits and Inventory report is used to study the stock of materials over a particular period and compare it with the minimum and maximum limits and the re-order point saved in the card of each material.

You can request the report to view the limits and inventory of one material, a group of materials, or a warehouse. The report shows the values of the minimum and maximum limits and the re-order point, the quantity of the materials in each warehouse separately, and the comparison with the re-order point, the minimum limit, or the maximum limit, then the quantities entered into and taken out of each warehouse during this period, and the stock of the material at the end date of the period.

Enter the limits of the material on the "Units" tab of its card.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Limits and Inventory report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group - the drop-down list of the Cross-tab Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
