Cost Center Movement by Warehouse

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Cost Center Movement by Warehouse" report.

Report Purpose

The Cost Center Movement by Warehouse report finds the quantities and values of the materials moved in sale and purchase operations in each warehouse, by the defined cost centers.

For example, when you define a cost center named after a particular project, you can use the report to show the quantity of the materials taken out of each warehouse for this project.

You can customize the report to show the quantities and values at different levels you set with the fields Vertical Axis, Horizontal Axis, and Main Axis in the report window, so you can distribute (warehouse, cost center, material) over the axes to suit the result you want to reach.

You can request the report to show the quantities moved of one material, or of a group of materials with the group level set, and show the quantities of the materials moved in a particular warehouse or cost center with the level set (main, sub).

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Cost Center Movement by Warehouse report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Cross-tab Reports group - the drop-down list of the Cross-tab Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.
