Unassembled Bills

alameen ERP provides a set of analytical reports that cover the movement of groups, warehouses, and accounts, including the "Unassembled Bills" report.

Report Purpose

The "Unassembled Bills" report finds the invoices that were not merged. Sometimes you may need to merge several invoices of an account into one invoice, to reduce the number of generated invoices; with this report, you can reach the remaining invoices that were not merged.

Tip

You can use the tool "Merge Bills by Customer" to merge several invoices of an account, cost center, or customer into one invoice.

The report window lets you request the report for an account, a customer, a cost center, or a particular group of materials, over a set period you choose yourself from the list of ready-made periods or whose start and end you set, or request the report within a range of invoice numbers you enter in the fields for that purpose after enabling the option "By Bill Number".

The report window contains a set of conditions you can apply to the data of the report to reach the invoices you need easily: you can set a predefined condition, or add a new condition for the materials, the customers, and the invoice.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Unassembled Bills report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Analytical Reports group - the drop-down list of the Analytical Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
