Materials Segments Analysis - Stock

alameen ERP includes a set of analytical materials reports that show the data in different charts, including the "Materials Segments Analysis - Stock" report.

Report Purpose​

The "Materials Segments Analysis - Stock" report shows the stock of the materials segments in a particular group, in a dashboard that includes several charts, so you can follow the stock visually.

In the "Group" field of the report window, enter the group of materials whose segment stock you want to analyze; it is a mandatory field, and you cannot preview the report without setting the group.

The dashboard contains many tables and charts, including a table of the materials that have segments with their total quantities in the warehouses and their value, and a table of the materials that have segments and their stock in the warehouses: the table shows the quantities, price, and value of the material, with a chart of the quantity/limit and the percentage of each month. It also provides a chart for each of the defined materials segments, showing the stock of all the elements of the segment.

The report preview interface is interactive: when you click the name of a material in the "Materials and Quantities" table, the content of the second table, which shows the segments and their quantities, changes to show the data of the segments of the material you stand on only. The segment charts also change to show the real stock values of the elements of the segments of the material you stand on.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Materials Segments Analysis - Stock report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Analytical Reports group - the drop-down list of the Analytical Reports button.

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the group of materials whose segment stock you want to show in the report, and choose the period, the currency, and the unit of the material you want to use for showing the data of the report.

Report Window Operations​

You can preview the report with the "Preview" button, or close the report window with the "Cancel" button.
