Purchase Operations Analysis

alameen ERP includes a set of analytical materials reports that show the data in different charts, including the "Purchase Operations Analysis" report.

Report Purpose

The "Purchase Operations Analysis" report shows the materials that were bought, with the details of the purchase operation of the materials you need over a set period.

The report shows the entry origin of the purchase operation, the name and unit of the material, the supplier from whom the material was bought, the quantity and price of the material in each purchase operation, and the date of the material's purchase invoice. You can add many material fields (group name, Specifications...), invoice fields (Down Payment, warehouse...), invoice item fields (Item Warehouse, Production Date...), and customer/supplier fields (Card Number, Prefix...).

You can request the report to find the materials bought from a particular supplier, the purchase operations of a material or group of materials, or the materials in a warehouse or cost center, over a period you choose from the list of ready-made periods that drops down from the date field, or set yourself by entering it in the "From" and "To" fields.

The report window lets you choose the price by which you want to show the purchase operations analysis, with the list that drops down from the "By price" field. It contains the following options: Last Purchase (the default), last purchase with discounts and additions, Minimum Price, minimum price with discounts and additions.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Purchase Operations Analysis report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Analytical Reports group - the drop-down list of the Analytical Reports button.

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the price choice, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
