Most Active Materials

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Most Active Materials" report.

Report Purpose

The "Most Active Materials" report gives a statement of the materials most in demand in sale and purchase operations: you can find the materials you buy more than others, or the materials customers order most in sales invoices.

The report shows the most active materials by the number of invoices and the unit, as well as the material quantity balance and the percentage of the material's movement, over a period you set yourself.

You can request the report of the most active materials in a particular group or warehouse, and you can also find the materials moved in an account or in a set cost center.

The report lets you set the movement criterion: quantity, value, or number of invoices, and choose the movement sign for input and output.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Most Active Materials report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - group

Analytical Reports - the "Analytical Reports" drop-down menu.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
