Monthly Materials Movement

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on materials to help you follow up their movement and quantity precisely, including the "Monthly Materials Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Monthly Materials Movement" report tells you the value your sales and purchases of each material reached in each day, week, or month of the set period.

The report shows the details of the quantity of the materials by movement type (input, output), cost center, and warehouse, and can also show the first purchase date and the last purchase date of the material.

You can set the date range for which you want to see the movement of the materials (from - to), and also choose the period, that is, show the movement of the materials in each day, week, or month of the set date range. For example, when you request the movement of a material from 1-1-2025 to 30-1-2025 and set the period (Day), the report shows the movement of the material on each day of the date range (1 January, 2 January, 3 January...).

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Monthly Materials Movement report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Analytical Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the monthly movement of materials.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and customers terms, and the various options for showing fields and details in the report.
