Inactive Materials

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Inactive Materials" report.

Report Purpose​

The Inactive Materials report gives a statement of the materials that did not move in sale and purchase operations: it shows the materials that had no operation over a particular period.

You can show the report of the inactive materials in a particular group, or in a warehouse or cost center, and you can also find the inactive materials in an account, or the materials a particular customer among those defined in the program does not deal in.

The report lets you set the inactivity value of the material, that is, the minimum movement of the material in sale and purchase operations. For example, when you set the inactivity value to "3", the report shows the materials whose number of movements during the set period did not exceed "3" movements.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Inactive Materials report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - group

Analytical Reports - the "Analytical Reports" drop-down menu.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
