Material Age

alameen ERP provides detailed reports on the movement of materials to help you follow up profits and inventory precisely, including the "Materials Inventory" report.

Report Purpose

The "Material Age" report gives the details of how long materials stay in the company's warehouses over a particular period, when there are materials with a storage age other than their expiry date. You can find the invoices with which the materials were entered into the warehouses, the time that has passed since they were entered with those invoices, in days, and the quantities remaining from each.

You can get a brief view of the report, which shows the quantities of the materials in the warehouses distributed by the time that has passed since they were stored. For example: the quantities of a material in the warehouses that have been stored for 0-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days...

The report lets you set a material or a group of materials to study their ages, or a particular warehouse to find how long the materials stored in it have been there, up to a particular date and in the suitable currency, and you can set the number of periods and the length of each period.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Material Age report from the main ribbon - Materials tab - Ages Reports.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials terms, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
