Income Statement

alameen ERP provides financial statements reports that show the financial position and the business results of the organization to help you make decisions, including the "Income Statement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Income Statement" report shows the expenses and revenues, such as sales revenues, net sales, gross profit, and net profit and loss, so you can see how much profit, or loss, your organization made over a set period.

You can request the income statement for a particular cost center, or in a particular currency, over a period you set yourself in the date fields of the report window.

note

You must generate the exchange rates differences for the accounts that are not in the default (basic) currency, to make sure the income statement is shown correctly.

The report shows the sales revenues, sales returns, granted gifts and discounts, net sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, general and administrative expenses, sales and distribution expenses, total expenses, net operating profit, non-operational expenses and revenues, and the net profit or loss.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Income Statement report from the main ribbon - Financial tab - Financial Statements group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
