Commercial Papers Movement

alameen ERP contains detailed reports on commercial papers that help you follow up the financial position precisely, including the "Commercial Papers Movement" report.

Report Purpose​

The "Commercial Papers Movement" report shows the events of a paper (adding the paper, modifying the paper, received, not received...). The report shows the value of the commercial paper, the date of the event applied to the paper, and the currency of the event and its equivalent.

You can request the report by the account of the commercial paper, the cost center, or the destination, and you can set the type of paper and the event by which to show the commercial papers movement.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Commercial Papers Movement report from the main ribbon - Entries tab - Commercial Papers group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details of the event you need for the commercial paper.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields for setting the event and the type of commercial paper, and the sources the report is drawn from.
