Due Commercial Papers

alameen ERP contains detailed reports on commercial papers that help you follow up the financial position precisely, including the "Due Commercial Papers" report.

Report Purpose​

The "Due Commercial Papers" report gives the balance of the commercial papers that become due over a particular period (month, week, or day...), for one type of papers or for all the defined types.

It also helps you watch the balance of these papers so that it does not exceed the balance that will cover them in the bank, or so that the manager can increase the bank balance to cover these papers on their maturity date.

Reaching the Report​

You can reach the Due Commercial Papers report from the main ribbon - Entries tab - Commercial Papers group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window​

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the maturity date, options for setting the paper status, and the sources the report is drawn from.
