Most Active Customers

alameen ERP contains detailed reports on the accounts of customers and suppliers that help you follow up the financial position precisely, including the "Most Active Customers" report.

Report Purpose

The "Most Active Customers" report shows the movement of the customers for one material or a group of materials, and tells you which customers or suppliers order the materials the most.

The report fields show the ranking of the customers and suppliers by the number of invoices issued to them and the values of these invoices, as well as the quantity of the materials in the invoice items.

You can narrow the report to study the customers you dealt with in a particular material or group of materials (based on the number of invoices that included this material, or on the value of their purchases of it).

You can also find the best-selling materials of a particular warehouse or cost center, among many other ways of customizing the report.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Most Active Customers report from the main ribbon - Customers tab - Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and sources that help you view the details you need about the new customers.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials and customers terms, and the sources the report is drawn from.
