Monthly Customers Movement

alameen ERP contains detailed reports on the accounts of customers and suppliers that help you follow up the financial position precisely, including the "Monthly Customers Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Monthly Customers Movement" report shows precise data on the values of the cash and on-credit invoices issued to customers and suppliers over a particular period.

The report can show the monthly movement of one customer, when you enter their account in the "Customer" field, or of several customers by conditions you set yourself, when you leave the "Customer" field empty and add the customers terms you need.

You can also filter the data to show the movement of the customers linked to a particular account or cost center.

The report tells you the value of a customer's purchases over a period, within a month or a week for example, or the value of your purchases of a particular material over a set period.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Monthly Customers Movement report from the main ribbon - Customers tab - Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:
