Most Active Cost Centers

alameen ERP contains a number of reports for following cost centers and their journal entries, including the "Most Active Cost Centers" report.

Report Purpose

The "Most Active Cost Centers" report gives a statement of the cost centers with the most movement, or shows the movement of a particular cost center among those defined in the file.

The report shows the most active cost centers by the number of invoices and the quantities of materials, as well as the material quantity balance and the percentage of the material's movement, over a period you set yourself.

You can request the report to show the movement of a particular material in all the cost centers, or of the materials of a group, of a warehouse, or of an account, or narrow the report to the movement of one cost center.

The report lets you set the movement sign by choosing one of the following: In Positive/Out Negative (the default), In Positive/Out Positive, In Negative/Out Positive. You can also choose conditions for the materials, the customers, and the invoice, or create new conditions to apply to the data of the report.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Most Active Cost Centers report from the main ribbon - Centers tab - Cost Centers Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the materials, customers, and invoice conditions, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
