Annual Trial Balance of Cost Centers

alameen ERP contains a number of reports for following cost centers and their journal entries, including the "Annual Trial Balance of Cost Centers" report.

Report Purpose

The "Annual Trial Balance of Cost Centers" report is used to check that the accounting operations of a cost center are correct, in terms of the expenses and revenues recorded in the cost center, and to get the annual balance of the accounts resulting from their movement on a set cost center over a particular period.

The report shows the debit value, the credit value, and the balance of the cost center in each month of the period you set in the report window. You can choose the period from the drop-down list of the Date field, or enter it yourself in the "From" and "To" date fields. The window also lets you set the level of the cost centers in the field for that purpose, so the sub cost centers are shown according to this level.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Annual Trial Balance of Cost Centers report from the main ribbon - Centers tab - Cost Centers Reports group.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. It includes several main sections, such as the filter fields, the cost centers level setting, the various options, and the sources the report is drawn from.
