Guardianship Status List

alameen ERP provides a set of reports for following the movement and quantities of guardianships and assets, including the "Guardianship Status List" report.

Report Purpose

The "Guardianship Status List" report shows all the assets (guardianships) delivered to the employees of the company, according to the guardianship delivery and receipt memos and the opening guardianships.

You can request the report to find all the assets delivered to the employees in the delivery and receipt memos, to show the status of a particular sub asset, or to find the status of the sub assets of a particular fixed asset (material). You can also request the report to show the status of a group of assets, or of the assets an employee received.

The report shows all the assets delivered to the employees from the beginning-of-period date until the date of the report request, or the delivery date in the opening guardianships, together with the name of the employee who received the asset and the branch in which it was delivered. You can add more material fields (group name, Source...), employee fields (employee number, employee address...), and sub asset card fields (cost center, Productive Age...) with the field list in the preview interface.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Guardianship Status List report from the main ribbon - Assets tab - Guardianship group - the drop-down list of the Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. The window includes a set of filter fields, such as the sub asset and the employee, as well as the materials terms.
