Guardianship Movement

alameen ERP provides a set of reports for following the movement and quantities of guardianships, including the "Guardianship Movement" report.

Report Purpose

The "Guardianship Movement" report shows the movements of the assets (guardianships) between the employees of your company, according to the delivery and receipt memos you add and the opening guardianship.

You can request the report to find the movement of all the assets moved in the delivery and receipt memos, to show the movement of a particular sub asset, or to find the movement of the sub assets of a particular fixed asset (material). You can also request the report to show the movement of a group of assets, or of the assets an employee received or delivered.

The report shows the number and date of the memo with which the asset moved, the name and code of the sub asset, the employee who received or delivered the asset, the type of the movement (delivery, receipt, opening guardianship), and the branch and the notes you added in the memo or the opening guardianship.

You can add more material fields (group name, Source...), employee fields (employee number, employee address...), and sub asset card fields (Depreciation Start Date, Productive Age...) with the field list in the preview interface.

Reaching the Report

You can reach the Guardianship Movement report from the main ribbon - Assets tab - Guardianship group - the drop-down list of the Reports button.

Once requested, the report window appears as follows:

The report window contains various fields and options that help you view the details you need.

Report Window

The window lets you set the criteria and data you want the report to show. The window includes a set of filter fields, such as the sub asset and the employee, as well as the materials terms.
