Annual Trial Balance

alameen ERP provides balances and books reports, and final accounts, to give a comprehensive and accurate view of your company's financial performance, including the "Annual Trial Balance" report.

Report Purpose

The Annual Trial Balance report gives the annual balances of the accounts and lets you check that the accounting operations are correct, over a period you choose from the available periods (this quarter until today, previous year, beginning of period until today...), or over a custom period whose start and end you set yourself.

You can request an annual trial balance for a particular account or customer, or for the accounts that moved in a cost center, and set the level of the accounts you want to show in the report, so you control which sub accounts appear in the report by setting the level you need.

The report shows the name of the account, or the child accounts of the selected account (according to the level). The next column shows the previous balance of the account, and the columns after it are the columns of the months that belong to the date range or period set in the report window; they show the debit and credit values of the account and the balance. The last column shows the totals of the debit and credit values and the balances of each account separately.

Reaching the Report
