Packing Lists

What Are Packing Lists in alameen ERP?​

The program lets you pack output or input materials in boxes or containers: the weights of the materials, or the space they occupy in the containers, are calculated, as well as the unit by which packing is done.

Tip

You can set the dimensions of a material with the fields on the "Weights and Dimensions" tab of the material card.

You can also generate invoices with the materials of the list (warehouse output, sale, purchase...), or compare the materials in the list with previous input or output invoices and see the difference between the quantities.

Packing List Options​

You can set the main options of the packing list on the "Packing List" tab of the Program Options window.

Packing Lists

  • Set the display fields of the packing window.

  • Define packing types (car, ship...).

  • Define parcel types (box, bag...).

  • Set the number of digits after the decimal point.

  • Set the invoices forms that are searched when packing.
