Cards
alameen ERP 10 includes a large number of cards used to define master data and organize work in the various systems. On this page you will find the cards grouped by the program's tabs, so you can quickly reach the card you need.
What Are Cards?
Cards are the master records with which you define the elements the program relies on for data entry, processing, and reports.
With cards you define:
- People and parties
- Materials and warehouses
- Accounts and centers
- Operational and administrative elements
- Some settings and entities of the specialized systems
Once defined, these cards are available for use in invoices, entries, reports, and the various operations.
When Should I Use This Section?

- You are looking for a card related to a specific tab.

Important Notes
- Some card names are repeated on more than one tab, but what they refer to may differ with the system they belong to.
- Not all cards are used to the same degree: some are basic and used daily, and some appear only in specialized systems.
- The best way to reach the right card is to first identify the functional tab it belongs to.
If you do not know where to start, ask yourself: is the card related to a customer, a material, an account, a manufacturing operation, a point of sale, or a general setting? Then go straight to the closest group.
